超声波辅助提取枫香叶总黄酮工艺研究

摘    要:利用超声波法提取枫香叶中的总黄酮,探讨乙醇浓度、提取时间和料液比等因素对总黄酮提取率的影响,通过正交试验确定枫香叶中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。结果表明,提取枫香叶中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为A3B2C1,即乙醇浓度80%,提取时间60 min,料液比1∶10。影响枫香叶中总黄酮提取的主要因素是乙醇浓度和提取时间,料液比影响较小。

Abstract:Total flavonoids were extracted from liquidambar formosana leaf by ultrasonic method.The influences of the factors such as ethanol concentration,extraction time and on the yield of total flavonoids were discussed.The optimum technic condition for the extraction was confirmed through orthogonal experiment.The optimum extracting conditions was A3B2C1 that ethanol concentration was 80%,extracting time was 60 min and ratio of solid to liquid was l∶10.The main factor of total flavonoids extraction was ethanol concentration and extracting time and the minimal factor was ratio of solid to liquid.
