社会公益视角下的高校图书馆研究

高校图书馆从本质上具有社会公益性,社会化服务是其社会公益性的具体形式.高校图书馆为社会服务既是历史发展的必然要求,也是图书馆网络化和数字化发展的必然结果.高校图书馆社会公益性的实践探索有多种形式,包括面向社会读者开放、提供教育资源、参与公益活动以及为企业服务等.但是,高校图书馆为社会服务却受诸多因素的制约,有观念问题、服务能力问题和体制等问题.

Research on University Libraries under the Viewing Angle of Social Public Welfare

The university library has the social commonweal,and the socialization service is the embodiment of the social commonweal.The socialization service not only is the request of historical development,also is the inevitable trend of the digital library.The practice exploration of the socialization service has many kinds of forms,including open to social readers,providing the education resources,participation social activity,and serving for the enterprise.But,the university library is re-stricted by many factors in the course of the socialization service,such as the ideas,abilities,and the management system etc.
