淫羊藿总苷对急性血瘀大鼠血液流变学及血栓形成的影响

摘    要:目的:观察淫羊藿总苷对急性血瘀大鼠血液流变性和体外血栓形成的影响。方法:以皮下注射大剂量盐酸肾上腺素附加冰水浴造成大鼠急性血瘀模型,观察淫羊藿总苷对急性血瘀大鼠血液流变学指标及体外血栓形成的影响。结果:淫羊藿总苷能明显降低急性血瘀大鼠的全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积,减慢血沉速度,并能抑制体外血栓形成。结论:淫羊藿总苷有明显改善急性血瘀大鼠血液流变学和抗血栓形成作用。

Abstract:Objective : To investigate the effects of Epimedium sagittatum on hemorheological parameters and thrombus formation in vitro in acute blood stasis rats.Methods : The acuts blood stasis model in rats were established with subcutaneous injection of high-dose adrenaline hydrochloride and being socked in ice-water.The effects of Epimediun sagittatum on the indexes of hemorheology and thrombus formation in vitro in acute blood stasis model rats were observed.Results : Epimedium sagittatum could not only significantly reduce the viscosity of whole blood,viscosity of plasma,packed volume of erythrocyte,slow down the erythrocyte sedimentation rate,it also remarkably inhibited thrombus formation in vitro(respectively p<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion : Epimedium sagittatum could obviously ameliorate the hemorheological parameters,inhibited thrombus formation in acute blood stasis rats.
