卷烟叶丝加料工艺创新模式的探讨

摘    要:为了探讨烟丝加料工艺模式的可行性,采用先将烟叶切成丝条,再对烟丝进行加料的工艺创新模式,研究了该模式与传统模式工艺生产的卷烟理化特性及感官质量特性的异同。结果表明:烟叶先切丝后加料样品的卷烟感官质量,与烟叶先加料后切丝的样品相比,香气特性表现更好,杂气稍小;致香成分稍有区别;2种加工工艺的烟丝在外观、结构上无显著区别,但先切丝后加料存在烟丝结团和湿团较高现象。先切丝后加料有利于料液的快速吸收及提高料液利用率。

Abstract:In order to study the probability of cut tobacco casing,first the tobacco leaves were cut,and then the cut tobacco was cased.The differences between the chemical and smoke characteristics in the cigarettes which were made by cut tobacco casing mode and the traditional lamina casing mode were evaluated.The results showed that the aroma of cigarette with the innovation mode was best.There was difference in important aroma components,and there were no significant differences in appearance and stucture of cut t...
