| 摘 要： | 作为我国基层的乡镇财政在维护农村政权稳定、促进农村经济及各项事业发展等方面发挥了积极作用。但近年来乡镇财政困难问题越来越突出。分析了我国乡镇财政困难的成因，提出了振兴我国乡镇财政的对策。
