摘    要:在盆栽试验条件下,以汕优63、武育粳3号为试验材料,研究水稻移栽后的施氮量对主要米质性状和RVA谱特征参数的影响。结果表明:整精米率、粗蛋白含量均随施氮量的增加而提高;垩白粒率、垩白度对供氮水平的反应因品种而异;胶稠度随施氮量的提高两者都变软;直链淀粉含量、糊化温度对氮素反应不敏感,处理间无显著差异。稻米

Abstract:The experiment in pot was carried out with Shanyou 63( indica type hybrid rice) and Wuyujing 3( japanica ). Effects of N-fertilizer application after transplantation on the main quality characters and RVA profile parameters of rice were studied. The results were as follow: effects of N-fertilizer on head milled rice and protein content were improved with the application increase; effect of N-fertilizer on chalkniss varied in different cultivars; gel consistency became softer with the amount increasing of N-fertilizer; alkali spreading value and amylose content were insensitive to the fertilizer. Effects of N-fertilizer on RVA profile parameters varied significantly in two cultivars. There was a conic relationship between peak viscosity and amount of N-fertilizer. Comparing with Wuyujing 3, Shanyou 63 needed less N-fertilizer to reach the tiptop of the peak viscosity. Furthermore, effect of N-fertilizer on breakdown in Shanyou 63 was more obvious than that in Wuyujing 3.
