| 摘 要： | 我国的高等教育即将进入大众化教育阶段。本在对农业教育进入大众化阶段过渡期进行分析的基础上，提出了大众化教育的人才观、质量观、素质观、培养观、就业观等五个方面的观念转变，以保持高等农业教育的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | The higher education in China will be soon accessing to a popular state. Based on the analysis of the agricultural education entering to a popular state in the period of transition ,the conceptual transformation in the senses of talented person, educational quality, psychological diathesis and mortality, fostering and employment was suggested in the paper in order to keep the sustainable development in higher agricultural education. |
