咸宁市茶产业发展及战略研究

茶产业是咸宁的传统优势产业之一,茶产业发展是咸宁市政府提出的建设茶乡、桂花之乡、温泉之乡、楠竹之乡与苎麻之乡,培育特色产业,促进咸宁经济、社会全面发展的重要政策之一。通过实地调查、走访,并利用统计资料,结合对比研究,在SWOT分析的基础上,利用产业集群发展理论,从技术与创新、品牌培育、质量管理、产业链构建、文化与营销等角度提出了咸宁市茶产业发展的基本思路与战略对策。

Research on Tea-Industrial Development and its Strategy of Xianning

Tea-industry is a Xianning's traditional advantageous industry,and developing tea-industry is one of the government's policies for developing "Tea-growing area","Osmanthus fragrant village","Hot springs village","Bamboo hometown" and "Ramie township" and cultivating traditional industry to promote economy and society development of Xianning.Based on SWOT analysis and industrial cluster theory,this paper applies field surveys,sample surveys,and statistical data to analyze the technology and innovation,brand-developing,quality-management,industrial chains,and tea culture & marketing,and it also puts forward the fundamental strategy countermeasures for the tea-industry development.
