| 摘 要： | 为了优化天冬组织培养体系,从而进行大规模的快繁,采用正交设计L9(34)法,考察NAA、6-BA和糖对天冬愈伤组织产生的影响。结果表明,天冬的嫩茎为较好的外植体;激素6-BA是天冬愈伤组织诱导的主要因素;不同来源的天冬诱导率和愈伤组织质量各不相同;适宜于天冬愈伤组织培养的培养基为MS+NAA 0.05 mg/L+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+糖3 g/L。

| Abstract: | The medium with different NAA,6-BA and sucrose concentration was tested in callus induction of Asparagus cochinchinensis by using the orthogonal design to optimizing the tissue culture system for its propagation on a large scale.The results showed that tender stems of Asparagus cochinchinensis good explants,6-BA was a main factor affecting its callus induction rate and different explants had different callus induction rate and quality.The optimum medium for callus induction of Asparagus cochinchinensis is M... |
