西北地区退牧还草工程综合效益评价指标体系研究

摘    要:运用AHP方法,构建了以工程设计、工程管理、生态补偿、参与式监测体系建设为主要内容的西北退牧还草生态工程的综合评价体系,确定了各项评价指标的标准值,得出了退牧还草生态工程综合评价指标体系类指标层及指标层的权重和总排序,类指标层排序前三位的依次为社会效益、经济效益、生态效益;指标层中权重排序前5位的分别是牧民人均纯收入、妇女地位改善、儿童福利、农业生产净收益率和农牧民集体福利指数.
