白蜡杆材的动态热机械分析

摘    要:试验材料为6年生白蜡杆材,利用动态热机械分析仪(DMA)测试其不同高度的动态力学性能。结果表明,在试验温度范围内,随着温度的升高白蜡杆材的储能模量呈下降趋势,损耗模量和损耗因子呈“升高—下降—升高—快速下降”的双峰形;且白蜡杆材上部具有较高的刚度和阻尼,玻璃化转变温度为255.84℃,比下部的玻璃化转变温度高7.82℃。综合评价认为,6年生白蜡杆材上部的材性优于中部和下部的。

Abstract:The dynamic mechanical properties of different heights of six-year-old Fraxinus chinensis wood was examined by dynamic mechanical analysis. The results showed that the storage modulus of the wood decreased with the increase of temperatures, but their loss modulus and loss factors presented double-peak shape. The upper wood had higher rigidity and damping, and its glass transition temperature was 255.84℃, which indicated that the dynamic mechanical properties of upper wood were superior to the lower and middle wood.
