摘    要:对细子龙(Amesiodendron chinense)在不同水分梯度胁迫下的生长及光合生理特征进行研究。结果表明:细子龙的地径、苗高相对生长率、叶片相对含水量随着土壤水分减少而减少,差异达到显著水平; 20%水分处理的叶绿素含量最低,与其他处理差异显著; 光合速率Pn蒸腾速率Tr气孔导度Gs、水分利用率WUE随着土壤水分的减少而降低,细胞间CO2浓度随着土壤水分的减少而增加; 水分胁迫引起细子龙光合速率下降是非气孔限制因素的影响。

Abstract:Growth and photosynthetic characteristics of Amesiodendron chinense under different levels of water stress were examined.The relative growth of diameter and height,relative water content of leaf decreased with the decrease of soil water.The differences were significant.The chlorophyll content was the lowest at 20% water treatment,and different with others.With the reduction of soil water,the photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance and water use efficiency all decreased.Intercellular CO2 concentration decreased with the increase of soil water.The falling of photosynthetic rate was affected by non-stomatal limitation factors.
