叶籽银杏与普通银杏木材比较解剖研究

摘    要:以我国的叶籽银杏和普通银杏的大枝为试材,分析了管胞的双壁厚、径向直径、弦向直径和微纤丝角的径向变化趋势,并对叶籽银杏和普通银杏雌株间管胞差异进行了比较研究。结果表明,叶籽银杏管胞双壁厚、径向直径较普通银杏大,且差异达显著水平,叶籽银杏微纤丝角小于普通银杏;叶籽银杏同普通银杏一样早晚材间管胞各个特征指标(双壁厚、径向直径、弦向直径等)存在明显差别,且差异显著;叶籽银杏各管胞各形态指标径向变化趋势与普通银杏基本一致。对管胞特征综合分析后认为,叶籽银杏木材密度较普通银杏小,且质地较疏松,但叶籽银杏径向生长速度较普通银杏快。

Abstract:The studies on comparative morphology of tracheid in normal female Ginkgo and Ginkgo biloba var.epiphylla was conducted,through analyzing tracheid morphology and the radial variation trend of microfibril angle in normal wood of Ginkgo biloba var.epiphylla.The results showed that: the double wall thickness and the radial diameter of Ginkgo biloba var.epiphylla is significantly higher than that of normal Ginkgo,the microfibril angle of normal Ginkgo is bigger than that of Ginkgo biloba var.epiphylla.As for all indexes of tracheid,there were significant differences between earlywood and latewood in Ginkgo biloba var.epiphylla,which was same as that of normal Ginkgo.The radial variation trend of all tracheid morphological indexes of Ginkgo biloba var.epihylla was basically similar to that of normal Ginkgo.The comprehensive analysis indicated the wood density of Ginkgo biloba var.epiphylla was lower than that of normal ginkgo,while its texture was softer,but it grew faster than normal Ginkgo.
