| 摘 要： | 文章以浙江省农业科学院办公室工作为例,总结农业科研院所办公室提升"办文、办会、办事"水平以"服务发展、服务决策、服务落实"的经验,提出了办公室应当扮演好谋划发展的"参谋长"、推进发展的"协调员"、服务发展的"店小二"三重角色的建议,以期为农业科研院所进一步提高办公室工作水平提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | Taking office works of Zhejiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences for example, experiences of "drawing official documents,organizing meetings and handle affairs" for "serving development, serving decision making, serving implementing" were summed up. It was suggested that administration office should play roles as "chief of staff" in planning development, "coordinator" in promoting development, "waiter" in servicing development. This will provide references for further improve level of office work in academy of agricultural sciences. |
