| 摘 要： | 文章以河北省农林科学院昌黎果树研究所为例,分析了青年科技人员普遍存在的问题,如研究方向不固定、人才外流现象严重、科研诚信不足、科技人员心浮气躁等,提出了加强青年科技人员自我修养、加强科研环境专项整治、加强科研管理制度建设、加强思想政治工作等加强青年科技人员管理的对策和建议,以期为农业科研院所激励青年科技人员发挥科技创新主力军作用提供方向性指导.

| Abstract: | Taking Changli Fruit Tree Institute of Hebei Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences as an example,four problems of young scientific and technological personnel were analyzed in the paper,such as unstable research direction,the obvious increase of brain drain,the lack of scientific research integrity and the impetuosity of scientific and technological personnel.Countermeasures and suggestions were put forward,i.e.,strengthening the self-cultivation of young scientific and technological personnel,strengthening special renovation of scientific research environment,strengthening the construction of scientific research management system and strengthening ideological and political construction.This will provide directory guidance for motivating young personnel in agricultural research institute for becoming main force of scientific and technological innovation. |
