元宝枫幼苗对不同水分条件的生理生化响应

摘    要:为揭示不同水分条件下元宝枫幼苗的生理变化,试验选用6对叶龄的元宝枫幼苗作为材料,采用人工控水处理法,研究不同水分条件下元宝枫幼苗的生理响应。结果表明:随着基质含水量的增加,元宝枫幼苗抗氧化酶活性、丙二醛含量和可溶性蛋白含量均表现为先降低后升高的趋势。随着处理时间的延长,抗氧化酶活性及丙二醛含量均有所降低,说明元宝枫幼苗有较强的适应性,能通过抗氧化酶活性及可溶性蛋白含量的调整,有效地防止质膜氧化的伤害,适应不同水分环境。元宝枫幼苗适宜生长的水分条件为基质饱和含水量的20%~60%。

Abstract:In order to explore the physiological changes of seedings of Acer truncatum with different water conditions,we chose the seedlings of Acer truncatum with six leaf age as test materials,use artificail water control method to study the physiological response with different water conditions.The results show that with the increase of water content of medium,the antioxidant enzyme activity,malondialdehyde content and soluble protein content of seedlings of Acer truncatum decrease first and then increase.With the prolonging of treatment time,the antioxidant enzyme activity and malondialdehyde content decrease,which indicates the seedlings of Acer truncatum have strong adaptability,it can effectively prevent the damage of plasma membrane oxidation through adjusting antioxidant enzyme activity and soluble protein content.The suitable water condition for the growth of seedlings of Acer truncatum is from 20%to 60%of saturated water content of medium.
