| 摘 要： | 文章基于国家级科研单位的实践探索,阐述了党建与科研一体两面的关系,分析了两者结合的难点及原因,从加强决策部署合力、优化组织力量配置、强化科研骨干教育、健全述评考核机制等方面介绍了协同推进党建与科研工作的做法,并提出了探索完善党政议事决策制度、充分发挥支部战斗堡垒作用、树立党建科研双强的鲜明用人导向等推动党建与科研深度融合的建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the practices from national scientific research institutes,this article demonstrated the relationship between party construction and scientific research,analyzed the difficulties and reasons of the combination,and introduced the coordinated measures to promote party development and scientific research,such as strengthening policy decisions,optimizing organization configuration,promoting the core scientific researchers′education,improving assessment mechanism.Countermeasures and suggestions to carry out the integration of party development and scientific research was also given in the article,such as exploring and perfecting mutual discussion and decision system;making full play of battle fortress of Party Branch,and setting up human resources orientation of both academic and political strength. |
