欠发达地区林业科技工作现状及创新发展对策——以甘肃省定西市为例

林业是生态文明建设的主阵地,推进林业现代化建设必须充分发挥科技第一生产力的重要作用.文章以欠发达地区甘肃省定西市为例,总结了林业科技工作的成效和特点,分析了林业科技创新发展中存在的问题,如缺乏协同高效的科技创新机制、机构队伍不稳、服务体系不健全、科技投入少、科研推广力量薄弱等,提出了建立协同高效的林业科技创新联盟、加强机构和队伍建设、加大林业科研推广投入力度、加强人才引进和培养、支持企业的科技创新等促进林业科技创新发展的对策.

The Present Situation of Forestry Science and Technology Work in Underdeveloped Regions and Countermeasures of Innovation and Development,Taking Dingxi City of Gansu Province as an Example

Forestry is the main position of ecological civilization.The advancement of forestry modernization must give full play to the important role of science and technology as the first productive force.Taking Dingxi City of Gansu Province as an example,effectiveness and characteristics of forestry science and technology work were summarized in the paper.The problems existing in the development of forestry science and technology innovation were analyzed,including the lack of a coordinated and efficient scientific and technological innovation mechanism,unstable institutional teams,inadequate service systems,low scientific and technological investment,and weak scientific research and promotion forces,etc.Five countermeasures and suggestions for promote forestry scientific and technological innovation and development were put forward,i.e.,establishing a coordinated and efficient forestry science and technology innovation alliance,strengthening the construction of institutions and teams,increasing investment in forestry scientific research and promotion,strengthening the introduction and cultivation of talents,and supporting enterprises in science and technology innovation.
