新时代农业科研院所开展浸入式扶贫的思考

新形势下打好农村脱贫攻坚战,是全面建成小康社会的重中之重.要使农村贫困户脱贫摘帽,持续性增产增收,必须因地制宜探索脱贫的有效途径,多给贫困群众培育可持续发展的产业,建立可持续脱贫的机制,提供可持续致富的动力.文章分析了当前扶贫过程中存在的共性问题及形成原因,结合山西省农业科学院的特点和优势,针对性地提出新时代农业科研院所开展浸入式扶贫的建议,创新性贯彻党中央的扶贫精神,以使贫困区在农业产业引领下如期实现全面脱贫.

Thoughts on Immersive Poverty Alleviation by Agricultural Research Institutes in the New Era

In the new situation,fighting rural poverty alleviation is a top priority for building a well-off society in an all-round way.In order to get rid of the poor in the rural areas and continuously increase production and income,we must explore effective ways to eliminate poverty according to local conditions,cultivate more sustainable industries for the poor,establish mechanisms for sustainable poverty alleviation,and provide a motive force for sustainable prosperity.The author analyzed the common problems and their causes in the current poverty reduction process.Combined with the characteristics and advantages of the Shanxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences,and suggestions and countermeasures for immersive poverty reduction in agricultural research institutes in the new era were put forward.The spirit of poverty alleviation of Central Committee of Chinese Communist Party was innovative implemented,so that poverty-stricken areas under the guidance of the agricultural industry achieve comprehensive poverty alleviation as scheduled.
