黑琥珀李光合特性的研究

摘    要:用Li-6400光合作用测定系统对自然生长的黑琥珀李的光合特性进行研究。结果表明,在干热条件下,黑琥珀李光合速率日变化呈双峰曲线,中午前后光合速率下降,出现“午休”现象,光照强度、气温和湿度等因子对光合作用产生显著影响。黑琥珀李的饱和光强为1728μmol/m2·s,光补尝点为74μmol/m2·s;CO2补尝点和饱和点分别为54μmol/mol和900μmol/mol。

Abstract:The photosynthetic characteristics of Black Amber plum cultivar under natural conditions were studied by using the Li-6400 portable photosynthesis system. Results showed that the diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate presented double-peak curve in dry time, the first peak occurred at 10. 00 a. m., the second peak occurred after 15. 00 p.m., and decreased at noon. The net photosynthetic rate was greatly affected by light intensity, air temperature and relative humidity. The light compensate and saturated points of leaves were 74 μmol/m2·s and 1 728 μmol/m2·s and the CO2 compensate and saturated points were 54 μmol/m2·s and 900 μmol/m2·s respectively.
