摘    要:选用缺Zn敏感水稻品种IR26和耐缺Zn水稻品种IR8192-31-2,采用营养液培养方法,研究了缺Zn敏感和耐性水稻品种根生长和根区主要有机酸分布受HCO-3影响的差异。在低锌浓度下,HCO-3严重抑制敏感品种根系生长,而对耐性品种影响很小;苹果酸在敏感品种根区的分布情况是伸长区>分生区>根毛区,而在耐性品种根区的分布情况是伸长区

Abstract:The solution culture experiments were conducted using the Zn senstive cultivar IR26 and the Zn insenstive cultivar IR8192 31 2 to investigate the effect of HCO - 3on the root growth and the distribution of main organic acids in root zones. HCO - 3strongly inhibited root growth of IR26 especially at low Zn concentration. but it had little effect on IR8192-31-2.The malate concentration was that in root enlogation zone>in meristem zone>in root hair zone for IR26. However that in enlogation and meristem zone was higher than that in root hair zone for IR8192 31 2. In root meristem zone, malate content of IR26 was close to that of the IR8192 31 2 but in root elogation zone the content of IR26 was significantly higher than that of IR8192 31 2. The citrate content of two rice cultivars was that in enlogation zone>in meristem and root hair zone, but IR26 was higher than IR8192 31 2 in any root zones.The results showed that enlogation zone might be the sensitive zone where root growth was inhibited. The response difference to Zn among rice cultivars might be related to the distribution of organic acids in the root.
