纳他霉素对蘑菇疣孢霉病的防治效果试验

摘    要:在实验室PDA试验中,纳他霉素3.0mg/L浓度即可抑制蘑菇疣孢霉孢子萌发,9.0mg/L浓度可以完全抑制其接种块萌发,具有较好的防治效果;而在栽培防治试验中,纳他霉素所有试验浓度(最高100mg/L)对蘑菇疣孢霉病均无防治效果。

Abstract:The control effects of Natamycin on wet-bubble disease(Mycongone perniciosa) of Agaricus bisporus were studied both in the lab and cultivation environment.The results showed that Natamycin had a good control effect on wet-bubble disease in PDA medium environment,3.0 mg/L Natamycin could inhibit the germination of Mycongone perniciosa spores,and 9.0 mg/L Natamycin could completely inhibit the germination of mycelia piece.But in cultivation environment,all tested concentration(up to 100 mg/L) of Natamycin had no efficiency in controlling wet-bubble disease.
