茶皂素对家蝇幼虫的生物活性初测

测定了茶皂素对家蝇３龄幼虫的室内毒力以及对其化蛹率和羽化率的影响。结果表明，茶皂素对家蝇３龄幼虫的致死中浓度ＬＣ５０为１２．７７ｍｇ／Ｌ，表现出很高的活性。抑制中浓度ＩＣ５０为１５．７９μｇ／ｇ，但对其羽化率无显著影响。

Preliminary bioassay of tea saponin to larvae of housefly Musica domestica L

?The toxicity of tea saponin to the 3rd instar larvae of housefly Musit'a do,nestica and the influences of tea saponin on the pupating rate and emergence rate were determined. Results in dicated that the media lethal concentratiun LC50 of tea saponin to the 3rd instar larvae of housefly was 12. 77mg/L,which showed high biological activity to housefly. And tea saponin had significant inhibition on the pupating rate, the inhibition was more marked along the concentrations of tea saponin increased. The media inhibiting concentration IC50,was 15. 79ug/g. But the emergence rateshowed no changes.
