桔潜蛾姬小蜂Elachertus sp.的初步研究

桔潜蛾Phyllocnistis citrella Stainton主要寄生天敌桔潜蚺姬小蜂Elacherries sp.隶膜翅目Hymenoptera姬小蜂科Eulophidae,营单寄生,外寄生。在福州地区,年发生14～17代,温度28℃左右,卵、幼虫、蛹的历期及成虫产卵前期分别为1.25天、3.54天、6.03天及3.61天,全世代约13.83天,成虫寿命平均1.92天,用20％蜜水饲养能延长至24.86天。雌蜂营孤雌生殖和两性生殖,孤雌生殖的每雌平均产卵7粒,两性生殖的平均14.5粒。上午8时至10时为成蜂羽化高峰时刻。桔潜蛾姬小蜂在福州地区6月始见,8月形成全年高峰,主要寄生桔潜蛾二、三龄幼虫,寄生率月平均最高达54.38％,全年平均达40.08％。

PRELIMINARY STUDIES ON ELACHERTUS SP., AN EXOPARASITE OF THE CITRUS LEAF-MINER (PHYLLOGNISTIS CITRELLA STAINTON)

Elachertus sp. belongs to family Wulophidae(Hymen. Chalcidoidea). This species is an important natural enemy of the citrus leaf-miner.It is an exoparasite and has 14-17 generations in Fuzhou each year. At about 28℃, the averge developing periods of the egg, larvae and pupae are 1.25, 3.54 and 6.03 days respectively. The mean longevity of the adults is about 1.9 days at about 30℃ and the adults that fed on 20% honey water can survive fairly well under natural conditions for 22.06 days. Most of the emergences occurred at 9 to 11 a.m.. The preperiods of oviposition is 2.8 days at about 30℃ while the peak of the oviposition arrives 4 days after emergence. It can reproduce either sexually on parthenogetically. A mated female lays 14.5 eggs while an unmated one gives only 7 eggs. This wasp species mainly parasitizes on the second and third instar larvae of the host.
