| 摘 要： | 本文采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇＋磷酸溶液为流动相,使用以ZORBAX Extend—C18、5μm为填料的不锈钢柱和二极管阵列检测器,在280nm波长下对抗倒酯250g/L乳油进行分离和定量分析。结果表明,该分析方法的线性相关系数为1．0000;标准偏差为0．045;变异系数为0．18％：平均回收率为100．0％。

| Abstract: | A method for separation and quantitative analysis of trinexapac-ethyl 250g/L EC by HPLC with methanol and H3PO4 solution as mobile phase,ZORBAX Extend-C18 column and DAD at 280nm wavelength was described.The result showed that the linear correlation coefficient was 1.000 0,the standard deviation was 0.045,the variation coefficient was 0.18%,the average recovery was 100.0%. |
