摘    要:近年来随着养猪业的飞速发展,规模化养猪场越来越多,母猪流产现象频发。猪流产性疾病已成为规模化猪场最主要的疾病之一。据不完全统计,流产性疫病发病率高达20%~40%,给养猪业带来巨大的经济损失。引起母猪流产的原因很多,大多数是由传染性因素(主要是病毒、细菌、寄生虫及衣原体等病原微生物)引起的,仅少数是由于非传染性因素(如营养缺乏、饲养管理、气候、饲料中毒等)引起的。鉴于大多数文章已对引起猪流产的病毒性疫病的诊断技术进行了深刻探讨,本文主要针对细菌性疫病、寄生虫病和衣原体病的诊断技术研究进展进行综述,从而为这三类疫病的诊断防治提供参考。

Abstract:With the rapid development of swine industry in recent years, farms, in which sow abortion phenomena happen constantly. Sow abortion there are more and more intensive pig diseases have become one of the main diseases in intensive pig farms. According to incomplete statistics, the incidence of abortion diseases as high as 20% to 40%, making significant economic losses in the swine industry. Sow abortion caused by many reasons, most are caused by pathogenic factors (mainly are the pathogenic microbes as viruses, bacteria, parasites and Chlamydia), very few are caused by non-pathogenic factors (such as nutrition deficiency, feeding and management, climate, feed poisoning and so on). In view of the fact that most articles already have deep studies on the diagnostic techniques about viral diseases which cause swine abortion, this article focuses on the diagnostic techniques about bacterial blight,parasitic diseases and chlamydiosis, so as to provide reference for the diagnosis of these three diseases.
