佳木斯市王族海棠叶片色素含量研究

对佳木斯市引种栽培的王族海棠叶片色素测定结果表明：在5月初新芽刚抽发、新叶刚展开时,叶片中叶绿素含量低,花青素含量高,新芽及叶片呈鲜亮的紫红色;5月20左右叶片叶绿素含量达最高值,而花青素含量在嫩叶时含量最高,类胡萝卜素在嫩叶中含量低;随各种色素含量的变化叶色发生变化,6月初开始叶片颜色基本稳定,叶片下表面呈现紫红色,上表面亮紫红中微透绿,此色彩一直延续到近9月。

Study of Pigment Contents in leaves of Malus 'Royalty' in the Jiamusi City

The contents of pigments in the leaves of plants Malus＇Royalty＇ in the Jiamusi City were determined by using spectrophotometry.The results showet that：In early May new leaves just sprouted,the low content of chlorophyll,anthocyanin content was high,new shoots and leaves were bright purple,around May 20 and reached the maximum chlorophyll content,The anthocyanin content in leaves was highest,Carotenoid content in leaves was low,with a variety of changes in pigment content,leaf color change.Early in June began the stability of leaf color,leaf lower surface magenta,on the surface of micro-light purple to green,this color was extended to September.
