摘 要: | 本研究以蓓草全草为材料,利用正交试验研究了蓓草多酚的提取工艺参数,对律草多酚不同提取方法最优工艺进行了分析。实验结果表明,最佳提取方法是微波法,其最优工艺是:提取时间30s、料液比1:10、微波功率80W、乙醇浓度30%。

Abstract: | In this study, take the whole plant of Humulus Scandens as the material,using orthogonal experiment to research the extracuon process parameters of the polyphenols in Humulus Scandens and analyze the optimum process of the different extraction methods. Tile experimental results show that the best method is microwave method, the optimum process conditions is the extractive time 30 seconds,the ratio of gardenia to liquor was l:10,the microwave power was 80 Watts,and with a 30%the ethanol concentration. |
