摘    要:本文主要研究储能技术在冷链物流中的应用进展,探讨仍需解决的问题。对比分析了有机、无机和复合相变材料的优缺点,介绍了相变材料在流化冰预冷技术和温度调节包装中的应用,综述了蓄冷板与传统运输模式结合的蓄冷式冷藏装备的应用进展。相变储能技术的节能减排特性使得其在冷链物流中得到了广泛的应用。相变材料性能的提升、蓄冷包装结构的完善、蓄冷式冷藏车温度场的精确模拟等是今后蓄冷技术在冷链物流中应用的研究重点。

Abstract:The study aimed to investigate the application and research of cold storage technology in cold chain logistics, pointing out problems that need to be solved. This paper summarized the advantages and disadvantages of organic, inorganic and composite phase change materials, and the cold storage technology used in the pre-cooling technology and packaging. The application progress of cold storage equipment combined with cold storage plate and traditional transportation method was summarized. The energy-saving and emission-reduction characteristics of phase change energy storage technology have a widely use in cold chain logistics. Finally, the improvement of phase change material performance, the temperature-regulating packaging model and the accurate simulation of refrigerated transportation will be the research emphases of energy storage technology in cold chain logistics.
