混流式水轮机叶片进出水边外延方法

摘    要:在混流式水轮机叶片改型中,为了改变转轮的单位转速、单位流量及出口环量,经常需要延长叶片进出水边。根据延长叶片进出水边的基本原理和混流式水轮机的特点,研究出了一种实用的外延方法,该方法对圆头叶片外延同样实用。同时,对改型后的误差进行了分析。岩滩电站的改型试验取得了预期的效果。

Abstract:In the shape-improvement of blade, the inlet and outlet of blade need to be extended in order to improve the runner's unit speed, unit discharge and outlet circulation. Based on primary principles of the inlet and outlet of blade and Francis turbine characteristic, this paper provides an applicable method for the extrapolation of the inlet and outlet of blade, which also be applied to the blades with rounded end. At the same time the errors after the shape-improvement is analyzed and the method achieves desired results in a case study with Yantan hydropower station.
