| 摘 要： | 本文简要介绍了从澳大利业引进的南德温良种肉牛的特性，以及在广东徐闻、辽宁台安等地用南德温牛进行杂交改良黄牛的情况，从取得的数据看出，效果非常显著，深受当地农民、养牛户的欢迎。

| Abstract: | The characteristics of South Devon fine breed beef from Australia and its improving effects at Xuwen of Guangdong and Ningtai of Liaoning were introduced. The results showed that the improving effects of South Devon were very significant and broadly accepted by local farmers and beef managers. |
