新疆高羊茅成熟过程中种子活力变化的研究

摘    要:2000~2001年在新疆塔里木农垦大学牧草站,对交战(Crossfire)高羊茅种子不同成熟过程中标准发芽率、老化发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数、浸出液含糖量、ATP含量以及脱氢酶和酸性磷酸脂酶活性进行了研究。结果表明,随着种子的成熟,标准发芽率、老化发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数、ATP含量呈增长的趋势,种子活力逐渐增加。若仅靠一项指标评定种子活力,不够全面。交战高羊茅在盛花期20d以后种子活力相对较高,而且稳定,可适时收获种子。

Abstract:The experiments were conducted at Talimu Agricultural Reclamation University in Xinjiang to study the changes of seed vigour during the seed development of tall fescue (Crossfire). The results showed that the trends of changes of standard germination, accelerated aging germination, germination index, vigour index, ATP contents were raised during seed maturation, and the seed vigor was gradually increased. It's not improper to value the seed vigor with only one method. The seeds of tall fescue can be thought to be harvested after peak anthesis 20 days when the seed vigour were comparably higher and stable.
