| 摘 要： | 大戟科山麻杆属植物约70种,含有萜类、甾体、黄酮类、单宁、碳水化合物、木脂素、葡糖苷、皂角苷、生物碱和酚类等化合物,其生理活性多种多样,具有药用价值和开发价值。文章对山麻杆属植物化学成分及药理活性的研究进展进行了综述,指出目前对山麻杆属植物的研究仅有10多种,还有几十种同属植物未被研究;提出应对该属植物进行更加广泛和深入的研究,分离出其主要有效成分,发掘其药用价值,造福于人类的健康事业。 |
