应用同工酶技术研究福云F_1代茶的遗传动态

摘    要:用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板电泳技术,对福建省农科院茶叶研究所选育的福云58型 F_1代茶4个良种福云6号、7号、8号、10号及其亲本福鼎大白茶(♀)、云南大叶种(♂)的过氧化物酶同工酶(POD)和酯酶同工酶(EST)进行分析研究。结果表明,福云 F_1代品种都具有“互补酶”,其中福去8号、10号还出现双亲所没有的新谱带。在 POD 酶谱分型时,福云6号、8号、10号偏父本,福云7号介于双亲之间。经POD、EST2种同工酶酶谱的综合分析,认为福云 F_1代各品种酶谱较多地倾向父本的趋势,并与形态性状的表现相联系,是这些品种具有较强杂种优势的原因。

Abstract:Isozymes of peroxidase and esterase from Fuding Dabaicha(♀),Yunnan Dayecha(♂)and four improved varieties of 7-58 Fuyun F_1 generation which selected by Tea Research Institute of Fujian were analysed by polycrylamide gel electrophoresis.The result showed that there were“complementary band”in Fuyun F_1 generations and“hybrid band”in Fuyun No.8 and Fuyun No.10.In peroxidase isozyme patterns,Fuyun No.6,Fuyun No.8 and Fuyun No.10 were father-orient and Fuyun No.7 came bctween their parents.After a synthetic analysis of POD and EST isozymogram,it was considered that the isozymogram of hybrid F_1 generation was showing a tend to the same as father and relating to characters of the varieties,which was the reason for the significant heterosis of those varieties.
