河南省物流企业文化建设研究

中原经济区建设上升为国家战略,致力于发展成为全国区域协调发展的战略支点和重要的现代综合交通枢纽,有利的政策环境,为河南省物流业发展和振兴提供了难得的发展机遇。然而制约河南省物流发展的诸多因素依然存在,显著表现在物流企业文化建设落后。文章分析了河南省物流企业文化建设中存在的问题,并探讨有效建设物流企业文化的对策,以期提高其文化竞争力。

Reseach on the Building of Logistics Enterprise Culture in Henan Province

Central plains economic region rises to be a national strategy,which delicates to be strategic pivot to coordinate regional development and an important modern integrated transport hub.It gives a big chance to the development and revitalization of the logistics industry in Henan Province.However,there are still many restricting factors,especially the building of logistics enterprises culture is relatively backward.On the basis of present probloms,this paper proposes several suggestions about how to build logistics enterprise culture in Henan Province in order to enhance the cultural competitiveness.
