摘    要:对3种成坪草坪草在不同干旱时期(30,45和60 d)、不同灌水量(10,20,30,60和90 mm)处理下,进行坪质观测,同时对细胞膜相对透性(RPP)、丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性糖、游离脯氨酸(Pro)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、叶片水分亏缺(WSD)等生理生化指标进行测定,运用模糊综合隶属函数法进行抗旱性综合评价分析,结果表明:喀什狗牙根Cynodon dactylon cv.Kashi叶片枯黄发生率最低,恢复灌水后,植株形态恢复最好;抗旱节水性强弱:喀什狗牙根>新农一号狗牙根C.dactylon cv.Xinnong No1>高羊茅Festuca arundinacea cv.Houndog.

Abstract:Under different treat ments of period(30 d,45 d,60 d)andirrigation volume (10 mm,20 mm,30 mm,60 mm,90 mm) ,turf-quality of three varieties were observed,and physiological and biochemi-cal indices were also measured,such as content of soluble sugar ,superoxide dismutase (SOD) activi-ty ,free Proline(Pro) ,relative electrical conduction(RPP) , malondiadehyde ( MDA) , water satura-tion deficet( WSD) ,and so on,using the subject function methods of obscure mathematics to evaluatecomprehensively and systematically.The research results showedthat the rate of turning yellowleav-es of Xi Nnong No1 Bermudagrass was the lowest ,and the plant morphological character was best af-ter recoveringirrigation.As drought-resistance and water-saving was concerned, Xi Nnong No1 Ber-mudagrass > Kashi Bermudagrass > Houndog tall fescue.
