摘    要:[目的]测定夏枯草根中Cr、Ag、Zn、Ni、CA、Fe、Cu的含量。[方法]利用火焰原子吸收光谱法对夏枯草根中的Cr、Ag、Zn、Ni、Cd、Fe、Cu7种微量元素进行测定。[结果]除Ag元素未检出外,夏枯草根的微量元素Cr、Zn、Ni、Cd、Fe、Cu含量分别为1.416、1.064、4.880、0.010、4.992、12.936μg/g,各元素含量Cu〉Fe〉Ni〉Cr〉Zn〉Cd,加标回收率为98.6%~116.7%。[结论]夏枯草根中的Cu、Fe、Ni的含量较高。

Determination of Seven Trace Elements in Prunella vulgaris Root by Flame Atomic Absorption

Abstract:[Objective]The aim was to determine the content of seven trace elements(Cr,Ag,Zn,Ni,Cd,Fe,Cu) in Prunella vulgaris root.[Method]The sample was digested with ashing method and determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS).[Result]The contents of trace elements Cr,Zn,Ni,Cd,Fe and Cu in P.vulgaris root were as follow:1.416,1.064,4.880,0.010,4.992,12.936 μg/g,except Ag was undetected.The sequence of tested trace element contents was Cu,Fe,Ni>Cr>Zn>Cd.The recovery rate was between 98.6% and 116.7%.[Conclusion]The contents of Cu,Fe,Ni in the P.vulgaris root were abundant.
