大兴安岭新林林业局可持续发展能力评价

以大兴安岭林区具有典型代表性的新林林业局为对象。在对自然资源、人力资源、环境状况、社会需求和经济调查的基础上，对其可持续发展能力做了评价。其结果是，测度指标值Ｄｓ＝０．５８７，小于０．７０，即说明当前的森林资源经营和利用使该局处于不可持续发展状态。由此探讨了一系列原因和措施，对其可持续发展目标进行了预测。

Sustainable development ability was evaluated based on the natural resources. human resources, evironmental situation. social demand and economy in Xinlin Forestry Bureau. Results showed that the value is 0. 587 which is below the sustainable development index 0. 70. It demonstrated that the management and exploitation of forest resources led to this unsustainable situation. Many reasons and measure were discussed and a future sustainable development possibility was predicted.
