提高气吸式垂直圆盘排种器性能的研究

摘    要:通过对垂直圆盘气吸式排种器种子吸附过程的计算分析,找出了传统计算排种器真空度公式的不足,给出了新的计算方法。理论分析指出:减小种子与吸种盘之间的相对速度可以提高垂直圆盘气吸式排种器对种子的吸附能力,从而提高排种器的工作效率。在此基础上,设计了能够提高种子初速度的装置—助吸销。经试验证明,该装置能够高效与可靠地工作。

Abstract:This paper analyzed and calculated the suction feed course of vertical seedplate, found the shortage of the formula witch is used to calculate the vacuum with traditional method, and new method to calculate the vacuum is given in this paper. And this paper also point out that it can reduce cavity rate and improve work efficiency to minish the relative speed between seed and seed plate. Based on this, we designed the stretch and retractation pin, which can increase the original speed of the seed, and analyzed its work principle. Experiments improved that this structure can improve the seed suction ability of the vertical plate precision metering strikingly.
