免耕播种机破茬部件的仿真分析

摘    要:针对免耕播种机破茬部件传统设计中存在的生产周期长、成本高,产品制出后出现零部件间相互干涉而无法装配等缺点,应用UG软件进行破茬部件的参数化设计和仿真分析,对仿真结果进行处理,测试破茬部件的运动性能和干涉检测,找出设计中存在的不足并及时修改相应的特征,完成设计。结果表明:该方法提高了免耕播种机破茬部件设计的准确性和效率,代替了物理样机的制造和试验,大大降低了成本,提高生产率。

Abstract:Aiming at the standing problems existing in traditional design of the residues cutting parts of no-tillage planter such as the prolonged production period,the high production cost and the difficulty in the final assembly because of the interference between the interacted parts,a process of the parametric design and simulative analysis of the residues cutting parts is introduced applying the UG software.The simulative results were processed to check the movement characteristics of the residues cutting parts and to correct the possible interference.Insufficiency in the design was discovered and relevant characteristic parameters were amended.The results showed that the proposed process improves the accuracy and efficiency of the residues cutting parts of no-tillage planter design,deduces the development cost and improve productivity instead of the physical model machine.
