光合细菌在卤虫饵料中的应用

摘    要:以螺旋藻作为卤虫的饵料,在卤虫培养液中添加不同体积分数的光合细菌(0,0 1%,0 3%,0 5%),经15d的养殖,卤虫的成活率、内禀生长率、粗蛋白含量均比对照组显著增加。卤虫必需氨基酸的总量和氨基酸总量添加组与对照组差异不大,成体卤虫均可作为河蟹蟹苗的优质蛋白源。

Abstract:Artemia were fed Spirulina meal supplemented with photosynthetic bacteria at a rate of 0, 0.1%, 0.3%, and 0.5% in a laboratory for 15 days. It was found that the artemia fed the Spirulina meal supplemented with photosynthetic bacteria had higher survival rate, intrinsic growth rate and crude protein level than the Artemia without photosynthetic bacteria. There were no significant differences in essential amino acid and amino acid levels in the two groups. Their adults are all the best protein resource for Eriocheir Sinensis larvae.
