小花棘豆总黄酮对小鼠游泳运动能力的影响

摘    要:用不同剂量(10、30、50mg/kg)的小花棘豆总黄酮给小鼠灌胃,观察其对小鼠游泳能力的影响,待小鼠力竭后测定其13项血液生理指标,血液和器官组织的相关酶活性以及中间代谢产物的含量。结果表明,添加小花棘豆总黄酮可延长小鼠游泳至力竭的时间,降低机体白细胞总数和粒细胞百分数,提高血液中淋巴细胞百分数、中值细胞百分数、粒细胞数、血红蛋白浓度、红细胞压积等指标,有效提高了小鼠血清和组织中超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活性,降低了血清谷草转氨酶和肌酸激酶的活性;降低了脂褐素、丙二醛、乳酸和尿素氮的含量,增加了肌糖原和肝糖原的含量。说明小花棘豆总黄酮具有较好的抗氧化损伤功效。

Abstract:The different dosages of total flavonoid fromOxytropis glabra(10,30,50mg / kg) were used to pour in to mice’s stomach.When the mice exhausted after swimming,the blood component,activity of antioxidant enzyme in serum and organs,the contents of intermediate metabolites were analyzed.The results showed that the time of swimming to exhaustion was significantly prolonged by feeding high-dose flavonoid fromOxytropis glabra,the total number of WBC and Gran%in high-dose group were lower than that in control group,Lym%,Mid%,Gran,HGB and HCT in high-dose group were higher than that in control group.Compared with the control group,the activity of SOD,CAT and GSH-Px in experiment groups were increased in serum and organs,the activity of AST and CK in serum were decreased,the content of LPO,MDA,lactic acid and BUN were decreased,the content of liver glycogen and muscle glycogen were increased.Thus,total flavonoid fromOxytropis glabra has obvious antioxidative damage effects.
