摘    要:嗅觉是犬赖以生存的特殊感觉.现代生活中,人们越来越多地利用犬敏锐的嗅觉为其服务.目前,人们发现4种与犬嗅觉相关的基因即犬嗅觉受体基因、犁鼻器受体基因、痕量胺相关受体基因、甲酰肽受体基因.研究者已经针对它们的结构、组成、表达部位及调控展开研究并取得一定成果.但是,由于嗅觉发生机制中诸多尚未确定的因素,犬的多数嗅认行为依旧是迷.逐一探索化学气味感受受体的功能调控、寻找犬完成嗅认行为的主要候选基因及决定犬种间、个体间嗅认能力差异的遗传标记,将有助于揭示犬敏锐嗅觉的分子生物学机理,为犬的科学利用提供依据.

Abstract:The olfactory sense is a special feeling on which dogs live.In modern life,people utilize the acute olfactory sensory of dogs to serve them more frequently.Now people have found out four types of genes related to it,including olfactory receptor(OR) genes,vomeronasal receptor(VR) genes,trace amine associated receptor(TAAR) genes and formyl peptide receptor-like protein(FPR) genes.Some facts have been confirmed in the fields of the structures,composition,expression and regulation of these genes.Due to uncertain factors in olfactory mechanism,how olfactory recognition behaviors of dogs happen is unknown.Therefore,studying the functional control of odors receptors,the main candidate genes and genetic markers determining odor detection between breeds and individuals will be helpful to reveal the molecular mechanism of olfactory sense and provide evidences for sniffer dogs.
