| 摘 要： | 通过对90例临床猪病例的肾脏组织病理学观察,发现猪肾脏的病理损伤占到送检病例的77.8%左右。肾损伤的类型多种多样,归纳为8种,其中肾病占到43%左右。根据临床调查推测,肾损伤的严重性与临床用药有很大关系,肾毒性药物使用不当是肾损伤的重要原因之一。

| Abstract: | The number of pathological injury is about 77.8% through the observation of renal histopathology in 90 clinical cases of swine.Renal injury can be grouped into 8 types,and nephrosis is accounted for about 43%.On the basis of clinical investigation,the severity of renal injury has much to do with the clinical medication,and the misuse of renal toxic drugs can be an important reason for renal injury. |
