2011年新疆部分猪场主要疫病调查及免疫抗体评估

对本实验室2011年受理检测的92个规模化和散养猪场猪瘟、口蹄疫等血清学监测和流行病学调查信息分析,结果表明,猪瘟平均免疫抗体合格率为76.86%,口蹄疫免疫抗体合格率为60.82%,猪伪狂犬病免疫抗体合格率为51.75%,猪繁殖与呼吸综合征免疫抗体合格率为55.52%。结合临床诊断及实验室检测,部分猪场存在胸膜肺炎放线杆菌、猪圆环病毒、链球菌、副猪嗜血杆菌等感染,胸膜肺炎放线杆菌抗体阳性率为48.10%,猪圆环病毒抗体阳性率为53.21%,链球菌抗体阳性率为48.89%,副猪嗜血杆菌抗体阳性率为25.58%。

Investigation and Antibody Detection for Main Infectious Diseases in Pig Farms of Xinjiang Region in 2011

In order to investigate the main infecious diseases and the level of antibody,our laboratory analyzed the data collected from 92 large-scale and scattered pig farms in 2011.The results showed that the qulified rate of average immune antibodies of classical swine fever,foot-and-mouth disease(FMD),porcine pseudorabies and blue ear disease(PRRS) were 76.86%,60.82%,51.75% and 55.52%,respectively.Combining clinical diagnosis with laboratory test,we found that the antibody positive rate of Actinobacillus pleuropneumonia,porcine circovirus,Streptococcus,Haemophilus parasuis were 48.10%,53.21%,48.89% and 25.58%,respectively.
