| 摘 要： | 钩端螺旋体七日热血清型（５６６１０）培养物，经甲醛灭活后免疫ＢＡＬＢ／ｃ小鼠，取其脾细胞与ＳＰ２／０骨髓瘤细胞融合获得６株阳性杂交瘤，分别定名为１Ａ９、１Ｂ８、１Ｆ９、２Ｄ１０、２Ｅ４、３Ｅ８，其中１Ａ９、１Ｆ９、２Ｄ１０、２Ｅ４为特异性抗５６６１０杂交瘤．抑制试验结果表明，多抗血清能够有效地抑制这些特异性单抗，这些特异性单抗被鉴定为ＩｇＧ１亚类．

| Abstract: | Six hybrid cell lines resistant to leptospira hebdomadis (56610) were developed by fusing splenocytes of BAL B/c mice to mouse mycloma cell line SP 2/0. The BAL B/c mice were immunized three times with 56610 inactived by formalin before fusion. These hybrid cell lines were named 1A9, 1B8,1F9, 2D10, 2E4, 3E8, among which 1F9, 1A9, 2D10, 2E4 were special monoclonal antibodies (McAbs) against 56610. The results of restrain ELISA showed that rabbit serum against 56610 restrain McAb effectively. These specific McAbs was identified as IgG1. |
