摘    要:玉米自交系286-4聚合了欧洲寒带玉米种质、南北美洲玉米种质、CIMMYT热带综合种种质和国内温带地方种质的优良基因资源,是一个高配合力、高产、抗病的优良自交系,已成功培育出5个优良杂交种通过省(市)审定,并在生产上大面积推广应用。以286-4为基础材料之一经过群内重组和改良,并选育出了L-41、L-14和L-19等一批具有较好应用前景的改良系。

Abstract:The maize inbred line 286-4 contained 4 germplasms that be from European Frigid zone,south and north American,CIMMYT tropic zone composite variety and China temperate zone.It is an excellent inbred line with high GCA,high yield and high resistance to diseases.We had combined out 5 hybrids to overpass variety examine and approve of the provincial or multiple grade.These hybrids were popularized and applied at the widely area.Using 286-4 as one of the basic material to complex population,we have also bred some improved inbred line such as L-41,L-14 and L-19.
