山西育成小麦品种(系)Glu-1位点的遗传变异

摘    要:为了了解山西育成小麦品种的品质状况为山西小麦品质育种提供依据,利用十二烷基磺酸钠聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)对山西省87个小麦品种(系)的高分子量谷蛋白亚基组成(HMW-GS)进行了分析。结果共检测到Glu-A1位点编码的HMW-GS有3种类型,分别是Null、1和2*,其中Null出现频率较高(68.97%);Glu-B1位点编码的HMW-GS有7、7+8、7+9、6+8、14+15和17+18共6种类型,其中7+8出现的频率较高为44.83%;Glu-D1位点编码的HMW-GS有2+12、5+10、3+12、4+12、5+12和2+10共6种类型,其中2+12出现的频率最高(44.83%)。共检测到26种HMW-GS组合变异类型,其中Null,7+9,2+12出现频率较高(20.69%)。品质评分发现得分较高的有1,7+9,5+10等组合,它们出现的频率为3.45%。

Abstract:In order to provide the reference for the parent selection in improving wheat quality,the composition of high molecular weight glutenin subunit(HMW-GS) in Shanxi 87 wheat bred cultivars were characterized using sodium dodecyl sulphate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(SDS-PAGE).15 alleles were identified three at G1u-A1,six at G1u-B1,and six at G1u-D1.At G1u-A1 and At G1u-B1,frequencies of subunit Null(GLu-Al) and subunits 7 8(GLu-Bl) were 68.97% and 44.83%,respectively.At G1u-D1 locus,the frequency of subunits 2 12 was highest(44.83%).Together,26 glutenin patterns were detected,which the frequency of Null,7 9,2 12 pattern were highest(20.69%).Based on quality rating system of Payne and Song Jianmin,the quality scores of glutenin patterns 1,7 9,5 10 were high.
