| 摘 要： | 指出了三峡库区是生态经济脆弱区。三峡工程的兴建，首先可以带来巨大的经济效益、环境效益和社会效益，但同时也会给当地的农业生态环境和农业生产带来某些不利影响。针对可能出现的问题，提出了相关的对策，这些对策的实施，将有利于保护库区的生态环境，促进库区农业的可持续发展
