| Abstract: | The nutritional value of sweet corn were comprehensively summed up. The development and research- progression of sweet corn beverage were discussed. And the problems in sweet corn beverage production along with the resolvable methods were put forward. Finally the prospect of sweet corn beverage processing were introduced. |
